How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?
You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have original tags/packaging attached within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 day from the purchase date will be accepted.
HOW DO I START THE RETURN PROCESS?
To start a return, please have your order number or email address used to place your order. Scroll down to the footer, under CUSTOMER SERVICE click RETURN and
enter required information
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us once item is received with your order number and pictures of damaged item to support@dkmovement.com.
Please note that you have 2 business upon receipt of damage items to contact DK Movement. We will determine cause of damage item and if it is determine item was damage we will ship you another item.
